Ras-el-hanout is a classic spice mixture used in Moroccan cuisine. The name means 'top of the shop', which reflects its selective ingredients.

A great spice what can be widely used – a rub, with chicken, lamb, beef or to give your vegetable dishes an extra level of flavour.
